Rachel Skybetter, IBCLC, of The Mom BFF, LLC, is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your health information. As a healthcare provider, I create records of the care and services you receive. These records are necessary to provide quality care and to comply with legal requirements.

This notice applies to all records related to lactation consulting services provided by Rachel Skybetter, IBCLC.

  • Communication: Lactation follow-up communication may occur through phone, email, secure messaging, or text messaging. While reasonable safeguards are used, electronic communication may carry some risk to privacy. By choosing to communicate electronically, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

The Mom BFF reserves the right to change this privacy notice at any time. Updated versions will be made available upon request and posted on our website when applicable.
